are you playing via Steam, Origin, Msstore or Epic and did you make sure to select the correct version (Steam/Origin(Msstore/Epic) in the trainer?
Were you able to activate the prepare?
Did you follow the steps in the cheatdescriptions? (You can open up the description by clicking on the "i" symbol right next to the cheat)
