Hey MHRanping58,
have you tried it with the Steam version in GOG?
Just launch the game manually via GOG and select the latest Steam version in the trainer :x

I've tried this and had no luck with the cheats, this extends to all the different DLC packs as well. The base DoW game crashes if you try to apply the effects at all.
