Are you playing via Steam, GOG, Epic or Msstore and did you make sure to select the correct version (Steam/GOG/Epic/Msstore) in the trainer?
Which cheat did you use that caused the game to crash?

we fixed that issues in the Steam version like 2 weeks ago 🤔
