After I got near the end of the game, all of a sudden some of my jobs had negative like 3 million experience and were reset to level one.

Hey Bartliss! Which jobs exactly are affected by this? Could you maybe provide us with your savegame so we can look into this? You can send us your savegame via our ticket system which can be found here.
