Fyi after another start a few hours later same problem and this fix won't work

Please try a clean re-install using our PLITCH Utilities Tool. Here’s how to do that:
Please run the PLITCH Utilities Tool that comes with the PLITCH Client and is located in the PLITCH Installation folder.
Click on 'Cleanup Registry and Files' and wait for the tool to finish.
Once it is done, you can do a clean installation of PLITCH but do not start it.
Now click on Repair VC Runtime in PLITCH Utilities and on 'repair' in the next popup.
Now restart PLITCH, if it still does not work reinstall VC Runtime via the 'Repair VC Runtime' Feature in our tool.

If the issue persists, please open a ticket here.
