Mana cheats no longer work after accidental deactivation

Hey, not to cause trouble, but I was in the middle of an Endurance level and using the Mana cheats on the Mobile controller, and I accidentally un-prepared the Mana cheats fumbling with my phone, since then, I've tried rebooting the game and everything, the Mana cheats no longer work. Is there a way to fix this?

The cheat should still work... the game did not receive an update.
Did you follow the steps in the cheatdescriptions?

Yes. To be honest, the descriptions on how to use the cheats aren't very clear to begin with, since I haven't been able to make shadow-cores with the Skills preparation, only skill points. That says you have to hover the cursor over the skill number in the Skills tab to get it to work, and that's what I did, and it worked for the skill points, but no cores.

But I digress; I did follow the prep instructions for the Mana prep, both when it worked and when I was trying to fix it. It says it can only activate in a level, so I always enter a level and then try and turn it on. But now the cheats don't work. To be more specific if it helps, +50 and +5000000 don't work, and Edit Mana Pool, which is what I use most often, doesn't work, but +500 and +50000 will give a false fire when pressed (I can press the buttons and it will give a sound, but no change will be made. The others will make no response when pressed.)

You can try verifying your game files in steam under Properties -> Local Files -> Verify Integrity of game files
This can maybe help
