did you noticed in PLITCH in platform icon in the dropdown to the left of the start button? we support Manor Lords for Steam and MS Store and by default the MS Store is selected for this game at the moment... probably you've to switch there to the Steam version first (and PLITCH saves your selection for next time after this) 😉
