Max Reform Progress Issue (Steam 1.35.4.0 DEEA)

Hello - I logged in Friday to play and created a new game due to the update but found the max reform cheat did not work (though the others I tried did).  Today I log into my saved game and the game crashes soon after enabling the cheats.  Also created a new game and found the same result of the game crashing.  Can you all look into the Max reform issue as well as the game crash issue if it is replicated?

I did find if I do not enable max reform the game no longer crashes.

I am also having this same issue. The game ran fine the first time I was playing with the cheat on but not working, then loaded up the game again and with the cheat active the game crashed.

I tested the cheat, it did not seem to crash the game but the cheat didn't work either.
I added it to the to-do list.

Thank you! - The game crash happened a few months in game after activation not right away.
