Were you able to activate the prepare?
Have you tried spending money before and after activating the cheat?
Were you able to activate the money cheat but it didn't seem to have a function?

Same problem here.. "Prepare" activates but ALT 1 doesn't work and "set minimum gold" doesnt make any change for me
