Are you playing via steam or epic?
Did you follow the steps in the cheatdescriptions? - Activate the prepare within the main menu; spend some money after activating the money cheat

Epic, the issue is that when i'm trying to activate money/resources it's just like there is no sound, nothig. 
Any advice?

Were you able to activate the prepare?
Did you activate the prepare before loading into your savegame like the cheatdescription says?
Did you gain/spend some money before and after using the money cheat?
