Hey charles10,
before you can activate the money cheat, please earn or spend some money in the game. Then activate the cheat and spend some more money in the game so the value can update.

can you make the money cheat work in sandbox because every time i try to use it in sandbox it doen't work

sorry for the questions but for what do you need money in the sandbox mode? 
Did you try to earn something before and afterwards? 
Does it work in the normal mode?

yea it works in normal mode but not in sandbox mode

I tested the cheats in the sandbox mode. 
I noticed that the value in the wallet does not change directly. However, when you enter the money in the machine, the value will change. Please try it like in this video: https://i.gyazo.com/41100d88f93d75927901e962ec9468ab.mp4
