Money Glitch

The money will go to -2,500,000 when using the +10,000 Budget command while in building mode. Can we add a way to reset money or just fix this? Or does anyone know how I can modify the games save?

Hey DaddyG,
I added 2 new cheats to reset the money and loan. 
Did you have a negative amount of money before using the money cheat?
