Did you follow the steps in the cheatdescription?
Were you able to activate the prepare?
Is your numpad turned on?

yes followed it, i tried activating using the button on the console and there was no response

IronJulia, accept  my apologies as i seem unable to follow simple instructions. got it working with no issues except for a bruised ego since my 8 year old ended up showing how much of an idiot i am.
