Only a couple of them work, the most useless ones. Infinite stamina, and fast walking speed.

What about god mode or infinite ammo? those are the 2 only logical ones. I guess you put god mode behing a paywall, am I right? because infinite ammo doesn't even exist in this "trainer" of yours.
