thank you for letting us know. Which exact cheats aren't working for you besides the "Houses: no goods consumption" one?
Also, please try to launch PLITCH and Steam as administrator. You can do this by right-clicking on their desktop icons and selecting "run as administrator". Then launch the game via the "PLAY" button in PLITCH, load your savegame and activate the Prepare.

"10x Farming Speed" only applies to floodplain farms, not meadow farms. "10x Production Speed" does not apply to Recruiter.
