Is there a reason a vast majority of games are not available for the MSStore version? I rarely play on steam and am coming to the point where the rest of the games I have, there is no working version for the MSStore and trying to activate it via Steam or other platforms does not work on any game.

Is there a reason a vast majority of games are not available for the MSStore version? I rarely play on steam and am coming to the point where the rest of the games I have, there is no working version for the MSStore and trying to activate it via Steam or other platforms does not work on any game.

You can always request the games to be ported.
Bu yes there are several reasons why steam etc. first:
1. Most games that are mono on ANY PLATFORM are not Mono in MS-Store / Gamepass ,therefore they require a complete rewrite
2. Gamepass content is not forever, stuff gets removed every month, we therefore BUY the game on steam etc first, to have a permanent copy of it.

Ahhh, 10-4. That explains it well. I had a feeling it had something to do with MS.

I did request a few, but there is so many games you guys have that I could grab on MSStore as well. I just feel like id spam the crap out the forum with requests to port. Something I'm not looking to do all at once lol.

Bare with me for a couple more days - bored at work today so finally put together a list, while tabbing back and forth. Accidently closed the "Plitch" tab after 45min of looking thru games & typing them in... Can't start over now lol. Will do it at home using the freakin notepad :-D 

Had about 25 games put in :/
