Building Resource and Relic Dust don't seem to be working. I've tried a bunch of different things... going into different menus and activating, enabling cheats before loading save. Not sure if its me or its just not working..

please try to run both PLITCH and Steam as an administrator (right-click on the desktop icon and then "run as administrator"). Then start the game with the "PLAY" button.
Also try to gain some Building Resource and Relic Dust before and after you activate the cheat so the values can update.

Hey, so i started the game as you laid out. And then i did a few missions to get resources, spent some, activated, mission to get more resource, then activated resource cheat.. resources never increased.
Gold works as expected.
