Hello xRa1n, the game got an update, everything should be working again.
If it still doesn't work it would be great if you can give me some additional information. 
On what platform (Steam, MS-Store...) do you play?

I'm using steam version and the resource doesn't work currently

Hi shinya21, please make sure to already have some Rep Scrip and Requisition Credits before you activate the cheat. I tested the cheat and couldn't find a problem: https://i.gyazo.com/0df23c4a5869686324b1920b75febb54.mp4
Please also try to activate the cheat at your home base and open the inventory.
If that still doesn't work, please try to go to Steam and check your game files for errors.

Using free version , the only code that works is the sHIFT+f1 x3 speed code.  The health and stamina refill codes dont work at all.  I tried mapping to different keys, makes no difference.

Are you playing via steam or msstore?
Were you able to activate the health and energy cheats but they didn't seem to have a function?
Did you activate the prepare AFTER loading into your savegame?

They activate in the sense it  highlights on the Plitch UI but nothing happens.  I actually discovered that the Hardcore Stamina deplete one works , the stamina refill cheat seems to stall the refill and kinda break things.  the health deplete does nothing, health refill... when I do the cheat and then immediately use my first aid kit I get error, health already full when in fact it hasnt changed, until I lose some health I cannot use first aid kit again until I lose more health (which is not anywhere near full at this point).  Yes I have activated Prepare in my game, ie. not before that.
