needs more money options

right now 50 k is nothing and 50 million is way too much, need an in between or an add money cheat instead of the minimum. but if thats the way the code works then do a 1 million dollar minimum or something or maybe just a 5 million, 50 million makes it pointless to play the game .

All you have to do is load into your savegame, activate the cheat called "prepare", after that you can use all of the cheats.
Keep in mind that the cheatdescription of the prepare says to travel a short distance after activating the cheat.

the max i can get is 1 million, you should add it up to 20 million, cant buy any boats with only 1 million :P
