I'm pressing on the play button option & typing the keyboard button option & none are activating the cheats.

OK, so, after reading the Plitch FAQ. I wasn't starting both the game & Plitch with Admin Rights. It's now working. 

Start both Plitch & Game with Admin Rights for it to work. Cheers
