I believe the new gun recoil accuracy penalty which was added with 1.09 is having issues with the no weight cheat mechanics, it's leading to ship builds that have no ability to hit with guns. Can we get a cheat to remove the gun recoil accuracy penalty please?

We looked into it in the last update but were not able to find any stable structure for it :/
