Have you tried it with the steam version in gog?
Just launch the game manually via gog and select the steam version in the trainer :x

I did do that and the trainer worked for a while. Now when I play the trainer doesn't activate.

I've added the game to our list of trainer ports, we'll try to look into this as quickly as possible. In the meantime, could you please check if you're running both PLITCH and the game as an administrator and if your antivirus/firewall is blocking PLITCH?
