That would be great, I can't deal with the current tyre wear in this game it is a nightmare!! 
Maybe the devs will actually fix it one day 😂

Our trainermaker looked into it but wasnt able to find anything for the tyres... I'm sorry about that.

Open any manufacturer in merchant menu - then activate the cheat, close and reopen the menu to see the change or spend some money.
