COI's latest update might have broken the ability to use the trainer. Seems to crash as soon as I I try activating the "prepare" cheat. Windows 10, Steam version. Both Plitch and COI are updated at the time of this comment.

Further testing reveals that "Infinite Hull" crashes the game, while "Full Farm Water", "Infinite Power Gen Fuel" and "Full Farm Fertility" seem not to work at all now.
