unlimited items wont do shit. some easy barter cheat is needed what lets you trade items with no need to trade anything for them. please do some kinda teleportation option. game just fucks up many times when you cant progress without teleportation and you need to restart the freaking game!

faster travel speed needed as well. right now to travel faster you need to use cheat table but it wont work together with this trainer.

About the item cheat:
Did you use an item and it decreased while the cheat was active? Since the cheat is called "Unlim Item Usages"
Also the cheat only works on items that can be stacked.
