Is your numpad turned on?
Is the prepare greyed out?

no it isnt greyed out and yes num pad was turned on i even tried restarting my trainer i even tried to manually click on it...... it just would never activate no matter what

Can you start plitch and msstore with adminrights?
Did you make sure to select the msstore version in the trainer when playing via msstore?

yes on the msstore version i did choose it .the newest one .and as far as admin rights go .. no not manually so no i did not try that  :)
