Yes i did exactly what user recommended. i even now ran both uplay and plitch as admin. still nothing. when i hit play the prepare goes green then back to grey and can see it doing same on the plitch link app. It won't stay on green.

Is your firewall blocking the trainer?
Do you have Plitch as an exception in your antivirus software?

Plitch is in my firewall allowing incoming and outgoing internet access so it shouldnt effect the trainer. i also switched it to off for net guard in case it was thinking that the trainer was a risky connection and it still does the same thing. it starts turns green then about 30 seconds later turns grey and then the game starts.

Prepare now works since i am bumped down to free. Since codes were not working i asked for a refund so am now on just Uplay. Prepare starts and i selected the codes i wanted to use. I loaded my saved game but the codes are not working. Doesn't come up with selecting a warehouse just comes up with the goods i automatically start with. I tried to restart a new game just in case but does not work either.

I figured out how to get the cheats to pop up. just needed to hit the hotkeys. Thanks for all of your help. I do hope that if i go to premium in the future that the codes will work as well.
