Hi LinkArmin, no joy with that method either, the "prepare" button is green but shows no activation when engaged, subsequently all other options do not activate.

It worked for me this time. I started the game first as normal, loaded up my save, then I started up Plitch run as admin. I tried to activate it, did work. I turned on health and stamina, I tried max inventory weight, I didn't work. I have the best backpack you can get 110 KB, I filled it up to 109 KB then tried max weight tried to put something else in it wouldn't let me. Not sure how that would work in this game, so many different weights.
