I only use the Infinite HP. Enable it World Tour, didn't freeze for 2-3 fights, then game crash.
Sometimes freeze in world map, sometimes don't. Sometimes freeze after battle end, sometime don't.
When I only enable it during battle, same result.
When I enable during battle and quickly disable before hitting enemy last few HP, also same result.
Also, sometimes in battle enemy HP also became infinite like previous version.

After seeing your comment, I tried by only enabling the "Prepare", battle a few NPC on the street, doesn't crash. Fought Chun Li, I won, doesn't crash. Fought Luke, I lost, doesn't crash. So I guess it's only after activating the actual cheat (ie: Infinite Health) then the inconsistent crashing starts. 😉

I didn't try the Fighting Ground.
I only test in the World Tour, as in the third-person mode.
The phone in the World Tour has an app to travel around the world, and one of the locations is “Battle Hub” — this is where players actually become “online”, so I keep away from it.
