Hi, please try to run both PLITCH and Steam with admin rights (Right-click on the desktop icon and then "run as administrator").
Start the game with the PLAY button in PLITCH and then load on your savegame. Start a level and activate the "Prepare" cheat. Then try to activate the other cheats.
Please try it out this way and let me know if you can activate the Mission Timer and Jump Height cheats. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for your reply. I tested the cheats real quick and they seem to work fine: https://i.gyazo.com/c74b05e230990c081cdefe60f973626e.mp4
Please try to verify your game files in Steam. To do this, right-click the game in your Steam Library → Properties → Installed Files → Verify integrity of game files.
