What isn't working for you? Did you activate the prepare and the cheats you want to use in the main menu before loading a savegame?
Is your numpad turned on? Were you able to activate any of the cheats?

Hello,

I believe this needs to be updated, I only used the prepare option and the game instantly crashed

I found the issue, I had the wrong version of the trainer selected, user error. Thanks!
