Im on the latest update for Plitch but when pushing the button to "Prepare" cheats, nothing happens. No sound plays for the cheat turning on or off and I cant activate anything else like infinite sprint. 7 Days to die is also on the correct update to match Plitch

Nevermind, managed to get things working by manually going into steam and launching without EAC, I guess it wasnt doing that with launching the game with Plitch? Just my best guess, idk.

I'm glad the cheats are working for you now :)
Did you launch Plitch with adminrights? The trainer should disable the anticheat when using the play button.
