edit:

I tried to use the accelerated time cheat and it crashes.
I also tried to use the 100x one, in addition to crashing, it gives you a strange time

example:


10:50-10:51-10:52
I use the 100X
and it gives me 10:5001-10:5002-10:5003

Did you activate all of the cheats after fully loading into your savegame?

Also, please try verifying your gamefiles in Steam. To do this, right-click on the game in your Steam library -> Properties -> Installed Files -> Verify integrity of game files.
