Not all cheats are activating when I run game

I have a premium account so I could have all the cheats, but when I run the game through Plitch, it doesn't activate the credits cheats or the influence ones so I can't use them in game. Is there something I am missing or not doing?

Yes, I can use the resources and diplomacy cheats, as well as the instant ship build. But when I start up the game through plitch, it doesn't even light up the money ones as activated to begin with.

Are they greyed out or do you mean they dont turn green when clicking on them?
Did you gain/spend some money before and after activating the cheat?

They don't turn green when I click on them, and they stay greyed out when I run the game while the other cheats turn green.

yes, I answered that with the first comment on my post, as I can use some of the cheats and they will be available in the game, but I just don't have those cheats available at all when in game
