not connect in mobile from pc

hello sir

i try to connect plitch in my mobile in same network but when i open plitch in pc and try to connect my s23 ultra phone is not showing any pc address and its say connect same network but im in same network help

Hey raikrishna53,

This issue is usually caused by network differences or a firewall blocking access. Please ensure that both your phone and PC are connected to the same router.

You'll also need to check your Windows Firewall settings to make sure the PLITCH Client is allowed internet access on both public and private networks. You can refer to the following screenshot for guidance: [Click here].


If you see multiple entries for PLITCH in your firewall settings, it's best to remove them all and then, launch the PLITCH Client again. This should prompt a Windows security popup asking for internet access. For reference, see this screenshot: [Click here].
