I launched the game manually, it didn't let me  launch via the app, and now it isn't letting me click on the prepare button, like it's greyed out

Did you make sure to select the steam version in the trainer?
Did you play for like 30 secs within your savegame before trying to activate the prepare?

im having the same issue some of the other cheats work just this one and the ones that need it
