Are you playing via steam or msstore?

im playing on steam and whenever i press 7 for set money for example 1000 it dosent do anything

Were you able to activate the "prepare money"?
You need to buy something before activating the cheats.

Were you able to activate the prepares?
Are the prepares greyed out?
Is your numpad turned on?

right now i cannot even active prepares and my numpad is on and prepares are greyed out
