Hey chrisarnsperger,
please try to run both Steam and PLITCH as an administrator (right-click on the desktop icon and then "run as administrator").
Then try to gain some money and activate the cheat in the open inventory screen. Gain some money afterward too so the value can update.

Its not working for me even with both run as admin. I've tried launching from steam and plitch both being ran as admin and it will not even run the initializer.

the game received an update and the new version is already available in Plitch. Did you restart the trainer and use the updated version (1.65)
Is your game up to date (version 1.65) as well?
