Dont know if it is just me having problems. Tested one more time results:
GodMode- works
EasyKills- works but now all monsters can kill you in one hit
GodMode+EasyKills - player after taking hit from monster just drop dead with full health
Items cheat - dont respond at all, i did it the same way i saw on your wideo,
Exp +1000 and 0exp works fine

You should be able to find it here
%appdata%\10tons\DYSMANTLE\
and can upload it (for example) on wetransfer and post the link in the forum
