it is working on resources and money when you collect them from bags, boxes etc. ... it's not working on weapons and other usable items/objects

the short on screen messages still show the original number, but in inventory you'll see the new amount... easy to test with the 100x multiplier, nearby any collected resource will be instantly on max (=99) this way

While the XP and item multipliers seem to be working fine, none of the general or AI cheats can be activated - all of the arrows stay grey while the ones on the right turn green.
