im guessing because the game is version 1.0.2 please update.

Cheats still work, they just aren't permanent. Only the (World) tagged cheats are permanent, like time changers and HL increase/decrease. Stats, HP and SP are not permanent, and the only one that doesn't work at all currently are INT. Move, Range, Throw, etc. will activate, but reset even if you don't follow through/change characters/cancel or do a different action.

i cant get the money cheat to work. the money decrease works for me but not adding it.

Are you doing it while in the Nethership/Base area? As of right now, it is working for me (game ver. 1.0.2, Plitch ver. 1.00 Steam), from adding 1 HL to 999999 HL while in the main area and not in a battle, including the main menu open.  Try changing the input key (I use LAlt+Numpad 7), and double-checking if your lock toggles are on (Numlock, etc), since I made that mistake once.
