Not Working

took every step, loaded a brand new game on direct x 11 and when I click the play button nothing happened. Saved the game and restarted the game to launch from plitch itself, same thing. I tried to go through the list just to see if there was any other older ones that would work but nada. 
launch then with direct x 12 and followed the same process.
Tried the game on vanilla so no issues with DLCs
