I'm able to prepare, but once prepared. The moral and endurance doesn't seem to work.

Did you activate the prepare AFTER loading into your savegame?
Have you selected a character, activated the cheat but it didn't seem to have a function?
Do you own a legal copy of the game?
Are you using mods or are you playing a beta/experimental version of the game?
