Are you playing via steam or epic and did you make sure to select the right version (steam/epic) in the trainer?
Did you activate the prepare AFTER laoding into your savegame?
Are you playing offline/solo?
Which antivirus software are you using?

game crashes on activating the trainer after loading into savegame. windows defender is disabled
