Not Working?

for some reason i cant even get the prepare cheat to work so nothing else can be activated.
i have tried both manually loading the game from steam and using this seperately and by launching the game through this and still does not work :(

Did you make sure to select the steam version in the trainer when playing via steam?
Is the prepare greyed out?
Is your numpad turned on?

i have selected the right trainer yes, everything is still greyed out and yes my numpad is turned on.
it potentially may be because i needed to download an extra piece of software to play the game from steam because windows 10 blocks the app for some reason.

Hmmm what did you install?
Can you try and start plitch and steam with adminrights.

i installed a little patch that someone made very similar to a mod to allow the game to work because fallout on steam does not load due to windows 10 update so this patch fixes that but messes with game files so that could be the issue i can run everything with admin rights yes.
