You need to go to your installation folder and select this exe "Might & Magic Heroes VI.exe"
You can also start the game manually via uplay instead of using the play-button.

This program does not recognize the game path.  Unusable.
Currently D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Might and Magic Heroes VI\Might & Magic Heroes VI.exe

Guessing this is NOT compatible with steam games

Are the cheats greyed out? :o

Just trying this out and I, too am getting the same message. I'm choosing the right file, but it keeps saying the old path is invalid. There isn't any other exe file. I checked both ubisoft's folder and steam.
