Hello!
I have been trying to use this option for a while to no effect. I select the individual I wish this effect to take place on and there is no change to them can this be looked into, or is there something I may need to do for this option to work properly?

Hi! Do the other cheats work for you? Did you make sure to run both PLITCH and the game as an administrator?

I have PLICH ran as Admin but it seems it is not an option for me for this game icon on desktop nor through Steam

You only need to start Steam and Plitch with adminrights and not the game itself.
