Player Attributes Refill Health (Battle) not working

Player Attributes
Refill Health (Battle)
But I found that it was not working. i.e. there did not seem to be any change to the health of any character.
Some of the cheats under "Player General" such as jump height WAS working correctly.
On Steam the version of the game I have is:
App ID 740130
Build ID 8472380

please try to start both PLITCH and Steam as an administrator. Also make sure that you activate the stat cheats in the stat menu of the character.

I want to repeat that other cheats worked, it's only this specific cheat that did not have an effect.
