Did you activate the godmode after laoding into your savegame/getting hit?

I have done it before/after, getting hit. I die either way.

Were you able to activate the godmode but it didn't seem to have a function?
Did you activate the prepare AFTER loading into your savegame?
Was the damage you got higher than your max health?

i activated it after i loaded in and tried resetting and tried it again and took damage but i will give it another go. i could have made a mistake.
