The prepare for cheats (player) and the player specific cheats are currently not working. The prepare item, and item related cheats are still functioning though

"Prepare for cheats: Player" is still not working for me. I'm playing on the Steam Version. If i try to force the cheat to turn on, it crashes Plitch. However, "Prepare for cheats: item codes" IS working for my. I don't know if I'm just doing something wrong or what.
